What is your policy on product warranty?
Binge.ae covers your product based on the manufactures warranty policy, and will cover all shipping and handling costs where needed.

Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?
Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse. You may coordinate the collection of your order with the courier once they receive it.

Are there are other ways on how to pay for my orders aside from cards?
No. we only accept Visa, Mastercard and AmEx for all payments on the website

Orders that are received within 24 hours are usually delivered together
